-Comming Soon-
"""The Story of the Planet as it went Towards Destruction..."

Summary:

With the renovations starting at Yume's apartment, for the time being she will be living at Momo's mansion and is excited to do so. Yume is shown to her room and is told to unpack - Nanagi asks when they want for dinner, when Yume starts to say, "Meat", Momo says "Boiled Tofu" - which stabs Yume in the back since she really wanted to have meat. Nanagi noticing her reaction despite that fact that she said she'd have Tofu as well, he told them that he'll get Tofu and Meat - along with a bonus, giving them a smile (probably indicated to Yume)
In the mean time, while Nanagi heads out to get groceries for dinner, he is taken away by Piko who claims he will help him get revenge on Momo who destroyed Nanagi's planet by giving him a sword that has the power to kill her.
Later that night, Nanagi lurks into Momo's room and prepares to stab her when then he noticed Yume's presence, who woke up on time to cover Momo, protesting, asking him in confusion about why he was going to do this!
However, Momo woke up, and shocked Yume by saying it's alright for Nanagi to kill her.
Without hestitation, Nanga pierces Momo in front of Yume who then quickly grabs him telling him to stop it and removes the pierced sword and knocks it out of his hands, causing Piko to make both of them retreat. Yume frantically calls out to Momo when then is told by Sanari who had just arrived that she will be alright, and she will just need some rest for the time being.
Yume is frustrated and confused and requests Sanari to tell her why Nanagi is with Momo. Sanari tells her that since she is a representative, it will not be a happy tale. Yume determinly answers that she wants to know about Momo and Nanagi.
Sanari agrees and tells her to close her eyes, and he will show her, The Story of the Planet as it went Towards Destruction...

Impression:

WAAAAH! Why does it have to be so short! (or at least feel that way!!!) \oO/
Oh my god - damn! I want to read the next chapter, like...RIGHT NOW!!!

Well we are finally getting some background information about our two most mysterious characters, and the truth and reason why Nanagi wanted to seek revenge on Momo so badly, and why Momo has Nanagi traveling with her.
I'm going to guess that since this is a flashback, this could probably last as long as 2 - 3 chapters, though it may be shorter than I theorize.
I wouldn't be suprise if we also got a glimsp of Nanagi having a flashback while Piko is ranting away or something like that. Either way, this is going to get very interesting!

^w^ I found it so cute that Yume is going to teach Momo how to make chocolate, but it looks like there might be a delay.

Also that annoying boy, Piko: who gave Nanagi the sword - looks like he was going to just "use" Nanagi and destroy the planet himself. (Obviously because he doesn't really give the damn about what so great about Earth and probably thinks this kind of business is like a hobby of blowing up planets for his own amusement.)
I wonder what kind of planet Nanagi lived in and why it was destroyed. For once, I'm actually excited to see a Flashback Chapter! xD

Skip Beat Chapter 145

Thursday, August 20, 2009

Summary:

Sho appeared at the studio with a oversize bouquet of flowers in order to give to Kyoko. Surprisingly, she accepts the flowers because they are too beautiful to trash - however is immediately turned off when Shou explains that it's to congratulate her as Vie Ghoul's girlfriend.
Immediately Kyoko protests and declares that they are NOT dating and makes a whole exclamation about it. Both Ren and Sho are surprised, but are relieved.
Kyoko suddenly grows embarrassed since Ren is there and starts muttering to herself, when Sho comes up beside her and asks if she given him chocolate. She replies no, and so he guesses that she gave him something else.
Just when the director comes in to tell everyone it's time to start again, Ren turns to Kyoko - only to see the most shocking scene ever...As well as Kyoko herself, more shocked than anyone...
There she is, being kissed by Sho.

"I'm just a little too not over you "
(yes this is SO what's going through Sho's mind :P *SHOT*)
Impression:

LMAO. I just HAD to do an entry on this!!! Raws aren't my best friend, so I rely on translated transcript or whatever you call them. Anyhow...
I KNEW THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN!!!!
I don't know why, byt I got a gut feeling that as soon as we all saw everyone's expression: BAM, and I went like, "HE JUST KISSED HER!" and fell onto the floor laughing (more like fall of my chair because I was laughing so hard. ^w^)

O.M.G, what a cliffhanger! I can't WAIT to see how Ren is going to react, and my god - I'm actually expecting Kyoko to give Sho and nice bitch-slap, otherwise we'll see her in daze trying to gather her scattered confused thoughts.

This chapter had me laughing as soon as Kyoko didn't decide to throw the flowers back at Sho, in fact I found it adorable, since Kyoko loves those kinds of things (and who would know better than Sho? XD )

Can't wait for next week's chapter - in fact, I think I might start blogging this manga as well. ^_^

Umi Monogatari Ep 6

Summary:

The two shrine maidens continues their search for Urin, while in the mean time the eclipse lasts longer than usual as the mysterious rare butterflies flock the island and another servant that serves Sedna appears.
Marin suffers due to the darkness and had become vulnerable, causing her to bring out the dark side of her mind thanks to the Eclispse.

Unfortunitely, as they search for Urin, she had already been completely possesed by Sedna, the ring had disolved and sunk into her skin, the accesory which Sedna has secretly hid herself in and revealed a mysterious tatoo where the ring once was and disappears with the butterflies.

Back with Marin and Kanon, when all that was happening; the sea maiden admits that she is scared of the darkness, which hides the beautiful sky, the sea...everything. When things couldn't get worse as it has come so far, the servant appears before them. Marin who is still not acting like herself, declares that the servant is unforgivable and that she will seal her imeaditely - only her powers did not work and she should not transform. Kanon quickly tells her that they got to run away.

The two of them run to the cliff where that singing person is who gives them advice when she sings (I think) and helps Marin step back into the light and cause both hers and Kanon's powers to activate, and the two of them transform - only when they look to see the singer she is no where to be seen, but is actually watching over them.

Eventually they reunite with Urin: Kanon notices instantly that the ring is no where to be seen, as for the others, they don't pick up any suspicion of Urin not being herself.
Later while eating their meal, Marin confesses to Matsumoto that she could not use her powers at one point. Shortly after that, the elder turtle asks Urin what happened to the ring. She replies that she lost it, Kanon acts it out saying it's not big deal since she threw it in the sea once. When Urin leaves the table, Kanon notices a strange tatoo look on Urin's finger where the ring once was.

The turtle and Marin discuss about the eclipse and what happened, the turtle tells her that Urin should return to the sea where Sam and Warin can take her of her. Marin imeaditely protests, not wanting to be seperated from Urin.

In the evening, the butterflies arrive at Kanon's house and the servants appears through the door where Urin is waiting for her, where she speaks with the servant and takes back the power asking who she is (the servant) who'd go as far as reject and not use the power of darkness. Before the servant can answer, Urin takes back the powers and reveals that the servant was a sea turtle. Just seconds after that, Marin and Kanon come hurrying over to what happened. Urin declares she going back to the sea, and that she despises the sky beings, specifically Kanon and leaves. Marin chases after her only to see her gone, no where to be seen.
With that, Urin returns to the sea saying, "Goodbye"

Impression:

I was rather confused why Kanon couldn't just battle the servant anyways, but whatever - that's just how it played out.
I was actually glad that is was Kanon who noticed how out of character Urin was acting, and realized that there was a strange tattoo on her finger where the ring once was.
Another thing we were able to learn that creatures that get possessed or recieve Sedna's powers have the choice depending on their will power (I guess) to use her powers or not.
I was actually disappointed that the servant had to turn back to her orignal form (she was cute).

Overall I think this episode was pretty good, but I'm looking forward for next week's since it looks like there's be alot more things going on.

I have to admit it, but it was somewhat ironic that Urin was going to be possessed by Sedna, and fall into her hands - and will probably be the key to reviving her or whatever supposed to happen.

Lastly, that one person, whoever that *points to image* freaking character is, indeed she had caught my attention for the last few episodes, but now I can't help but wonder, "What the hell is she?". Clearly she given the two girls advice, and help Marin to step back into the light. Anways, I'm not sure how big this character's role is, but here's a fact we recieved this episode: SHE IS NOT NORMAL.

Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 Ep 6

Sunday, August 16, 2009

Summary:

Ever since Mari heard about the fires in Sangenjaya, she can't help but worry about her mother and her beloved daughter, Hina.
Desperate to see if if they are alright, she tries calling them, but fails - and it didn't help that the news wasn't reporting anything about it. They then try at Mari's office where she tries the phone over there, where it failed to connect as well. Then when things couldn't get worse, she collapse leaving Mirai and Yuuki panicking, unsure what to do - especially when they hear someone coming with something heavy that could be used as a weapon. Not wanting to take a risk to see who it could possibly be, the two of them cover Mari under a blanket and hide behind one of the fallen cabinets, with Mirai holding a golf club ready to use if needed to.
A girl
(or it is a lady ^_^*) enters the room with a bag and a metal baseball bat, and notices the blanket that Mari was hidden under. Unsure whether she should lift the blanket or whack it with her bat, she raises the bat cautiously, only to be startled by Mirai who thought she was going to hit her and ends up swinging the bat wildly and stumbling into the wall after tripping onto a box.
Mirai and Yuuki take this chance to try and wake up Mari again - only to their surprise, the girl with the bat knew Mari.
In the mean time, while Mari was unconscious: she dreamed about returning home, happy to see Hina and her mother safe...only then when suddenly a burst of flames engulfed the house, surrounding both her daughter and mother, Hina screaming for her in terror - only to then to be engulfed by the flames.
Mari wakes up from a voice - and sees that it was actually her co-worker, Aya taking care of her - with the children no where in sight, Aya tells her that they went off but didn't say where they were going.
Worried that Yuuki and Mirai decided to go alone since they both want her to get back home faster so that she can see her daughter, she heads out to find them though she isn't fully recovered yet just after an usually strong aftershock occurred.
She finally finds the two of them with a motorbike, talking about how it would be able to get Mari home faster...only to fall (since it's quite heavy) down to Mirai's side. Once more the children grab the handles and try to pull it up, only to be helped by Mari who tells them that they should return the back since they wouldn't be able to travel all together if she rides it.

Impression:

The episode was very slow paced, but we got Mari's past out of it - which explained why she didn't want to leave the kids behind (or at least that what it looked like to me).
Another thing I liked in particular - Mirai's character has gotten better, the less pouting and negative energy - the better!
I can't help but worry slightly about how Mirai got whacked in the shoulder several times AND got hit on the head making her bleed - I'm not sure how this will affect them in the next few episodes.

I'm unsure what's going to happen next, but other than the fact I found the episode quite boring, I can't really complain since it gave us more background to Mari's character.
